Home Learning Ideas
While you are learning at home, you have lots of work that can keep you busy. Your home learning packs included plenty of maths, reading and writing tasks to complete.
If you scroll to the bottom of this page, you will find the links to your favourite websites. You should have all your log in and password details but please let me know if you can't log in and I will reset your accounts.
Maths – If you don't have maths workbooks at home, you can play on TT Rock Stars or Active Learn Maths. You can also scroll down to find fun maths songs.
Writing- You can log into Purple Mash and choose writing tasks based on topics that you find fun. You can find writing tasks about lots of different topics such as pets, Vikings, superheroes, space and much more! If you don't have the internet, you can use your writing book to create your own stories, write poems or ask your family questions and write a fact page about them.
Reading You should read every day. Discuss what you have read, what characters are thinking/feeling and what might happen next. You can read books in your Bug Club section of Active Learn. I will check your account every Monday to make sure you have books to read.
Spellings – You can practice reading and spelling the first 100 high frequency words.
