Complaints Procedure
At Oakfield Community Primary and Nursery School we are always happy to hear your views, comments, questions and concerns. This way, we can avoid any problem escalating into something more serious. We value the strong relationships we have with our families and recognise the important partnerships in working together for the very best interests of the chidlren.
However, all schools are required by law to have a complaints procedure in place. Should parents feel that they wish to formally complain about the provision at school, they should, in the first instance, write to the Head teacher.
